Born and raised in Mount Morris, NY, Sean was an all-around achiever—excelling in academics, athletics, and the arts. As an Eagle Scout and a high-honor graduate, he learned the value of hard work and dedication early on. While initially awarded a full scholarship to Niagara University’s theatre program, Sean discovered his true calling in the trades.

In 2010, he jumped into the waterproofing industry, quickly advancing to lead installer, specializing in basement moisture control and water damage prevention. Over the years, he expanded his expertise to include roofing, siding, and foundation repair, eventually launching his own contracting business in 2018.

By 2021, Sean and his brother Corey combined their skills to create S&C Waterproofing, a company built on trust, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

From an early age, Corey was driven to excel. In high school, he earned multiple awards for both academics and athletics. Like his brother Sean, he achieved the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout and was inducted into the Order of the Arrow, an honor reserved for scouts who embody leadership and service.

Corey continued his education at SUNY GCC, studying Business Administration and Management, and later spent five years as a customer care representative for a federal agency. His background in customer service, combined with a family history in mechanics and construction, gave him the perfect foundation for the waterproofing industry.

Her journey into home improvement began when she met her husband, Sean Fleming, and took on an active role in Fleming Remodeling Inc. In 2021, she officially joined S&C Waterproofing, bringing her expertise in customer relations and operations management to ensure homeowners get the support they need when facing moisture issues, basement leaks, or foundation concerns.
