S&C Waterproofing

S&C Waterproofing fixed 22 cracks in my basement walls, at least 3 of which were leaking water. I sought estimates from 3 companies and chose Great Lakes because of their Better Business Bureau rating and co-owner Sean Fleming’s presentation of their process. Corey and the team spent 4 days performing the work. They were punctual, professional and respectful of my property. (I felt very comfortable leaving them in my house while I ran errands). Sean and Corey were a pleasure to deal with. They take pride in their work and in their family business. I would highly recommend them for basement waterproofing.

They installed a backup sump pump for us. Corey responded quickly, answered all my questions. Work was done quickly, neatly and well. Highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the work that Corey and crew recently completed on my cottage crawl space. It turned out to be a bit more difficult than anticipated. Steven and his crew had to do a lot of extra excavating by hand during some really hot days. Corey did an excellent job on moving some plumbing as well. And the company stuck to their original estimate despite the extra time the project took.
